The Meeting Executive and the Marketing Guru

Meeting Executive: Oh no! Not another survey! Get it away from me! Don't those marketing gurus get it? I'm too busy!

Marketing Guru (big, toothy grin): Oh please, please. It will only take a tiny bit of your time.

Meeting Executive (skeptically): Only three questions?

Marketing Guru (beseechingly): And I promise not to sell your name to anyone!

Meeting Executive: Oooo—such a deal!

Marketing Guru: Okay then, here's the deal! We want to know if there is an interest among meeting planners in hiring a service that would capture historical meeting data for you. Picture this:

Scenario 1: Professional meeting planner begins a new job. Finds daunting amount of unorganized historical data - that vital data is necessary to making informed decisions about room blocks, food and beverage, leverage in hotel negotiations, etc. And since the meeting planner has just started, there are too many immediate things to attend to.
